Almost expected to see video of myself from the weekend’s freestyle clinic, Brenton, as this was one of the key things you noted in my stroke.

Good advice, as always. Brenton's insights and recommendations have definitely helped my swimming, particularly the drills. Really worth to follow and practice. Thanks Brenton, please keep up with the great work!

So crucial. Rotation works against a high elbow.

Swimming is a tough sport. As a swimmer, which has a lot to work on, I cross over, I breathe late and too long and most likely I over rotate. My question is, if I were to get better in one aspect at a time which would be the "easiest" to fix? Or rather, which problem that I have would have the most impact on the others?

Any ideas of how to build awareness of how much one is rotating when swimming without video feedback?

But didn't you say in another video to show off your chest or shoulder? to the spectators and therefore to rotate a lot when breathing ?

Issue is that if I only point my face to the side then I don't get a full breath or I inhale water

Hello I’m a swimmer, I’m a pretty fast swimmer but I wouldn’t consider myself the best, I just had a couple of questions regarding endurance, for my practice I’m in the fast lane with a lot of the faster kids and the intervals are almost like my sprint which can be tough while as practice goes on I was wondering if there are any suggestions for endurance while going at a faster pace. For my practice I’m normally swimming a 70-80 percent speed, but most of the time they make us swim a 90-95 percent speed which can get tough over a while. I would like some suggestions because I feel like I need to make the intervals better and I feel like I’m really rushed. Any suggestions for endurance?
