Brand New NCL Ship Delivered, Ready for Inaugural Cruise

Cruise news today. Norwegian Cruise Line took delivery of its newest vessel, Norwegian Viva, from Fincantieri shipyard in Marghera, Italy on Thursday. Explora 1, the first cruise ship of MSC Group's luxury brand Explora Journeys has embarked on its first revenue sailing. The maiden voyage sailed on August 1 on a seven-night itinerary to Iceland. A cruise hosted by Adam Savage, the co-host of Discovery Channel's "MythBusters" and godparent of Discovery Princess, will sail on November 25 for a four-night West Coast Getaway.
