Watching this and other Greenland cruises are deterring me from going on this bucket list trip. I’ll just fly to Ilulissat someday. Thanks for this interesting vid

I was on this ship, this past week boarded in Reykjavik on July 10th and disembarked on July 23rd! Whoever thought we’d experience sea ice and icebergs in mid-July off of Greenland. Captain Mario hadn’t ever seen this in July, it was amazing to see. We had 7 stops and only made 3 stops at the Ports. The Captain was going to take us to Prince ChristianSound instead, but it wasn’t safe due to the weather either. The ice breaker freighter, arrived and cut a path for us to proceed safely. Behind us also waiting was a sailing schooner. I have some awesome photos, but can’t see where on here to post them. A trip of a lifetime. Just wish we could have seen more of Greenland, arrived back in Reykjavik, Iceland a day early due to the weather.
