Homelessness is a huge problem in Indianapolis, There are 1926 homeless people in indy. We are just trying to do our part. Instead of just giving some money to a homeless man, I figured I would give one a job. So this is the interview and hiring process of giving a homeless person a job

I hired a crack addict while I was on a job. Asked him if he wanted to get better and went from there. Had him sort out buckets and pockets of screws, fed him and bought him a beer to keep him busy and on task. A month later he was clean enough to help me strip walls and paint. A year later he was back in church and clean. I am glad that someone else is taking up the task of helping out others. I am way too old to do anything but chip in a few dollars. ✌🏿

I met a homeless man, my dad offered him a contracting job 18 an hour . The homeless man said he makes way more than 18 an hr on the streets. After about a year or so he met up with my dad and asked for the job if it was still there. He said he wanted to do something good in life instead of being on the streets. That man’s an inspiration to me ngl

My wife and I help a few homeless people here in our little town. We are poor asf also but still do what we can. Sometimes we give away our cans other times we need them but either way we do what little we can. Keep up the great videos and work 🎉
