Can I ask why you are paying rent rather than purchasing a house? If you purchase a house with mortgage part of the payment goes toward the principal and later if there's house value increases you can use the equity.

The only thing I could think of for head-in only would be angled parking off a one-way direction cause backing in would be awkward and disruptive

Head in only is because of checking plates. I live in a state that doesn't have front plates. I got a ticket for pulling through the spot.

I’m in the custom tailoring business (suits specifically) and $715 isn’t bad for a sport coat as long as it was good quality material and custom tailored. It will last for ages if you just don’t dry clean the 💩 out of it! After wearing, just hang it up in a well-ventilated area. Only dry clean after several wears unless you sweat in it. Pick a classic style and neutral color and you won’t regret it! And yes, I think our work culture has become far too casual and we have forgotten how good it feels to dress up.

Head in only is 100% bc of the states without front plates like here in PA. They connect your payment to your plate so if they can’t easily see your plate, then you’re in trouble.
