Hello guys this is balkumar ,i will make one tutorial for open CV practical project using python in JUPITER NOTEBOOK
so make it will be interesting session :
guys before you do this project 1st you have to install anaconda in that have jupiter notebook just launch it .after that you can install libraries which are open CV and numpy then you can move on . if have facing any kind of problem just leave a comment i will solve it.
