Alternatively,

Brown your meats and onions in a dutch oven, remove, then saute your onions. Add in mixed bell peppers, then add your chiles (I'd add a pablano) then add your corn, beans, and rotel, then your cheeses. Stir until melted. Optionally, bake with additional cheeses.

Hey yall, chop up your block velveeta into cubes first to let the smoke hit it AND to help the cheese melt. Also, cook your onions into your beef and pork and thank me later 😊

1 lb sausage
Drain, add taco seasoning pack and mix.
Now in pan
1large block velveta
Add your meat
Diced onion
Monterey jack 8oz
1 block cream cheese
1 can corn
1 can rinsed and drained black beans
2 cans undrained rotell
And some diced jalapenos
