Other than this idea, they should also provide filtration and distillation machines for the rural areas, it's also important for them to have emergency help water filtration just incase if the condensation machine suddently blacks out.Another thing is to teach them how to filtrate dirty liquid, turning them into real edible drinking water, which is by adding grass and rocks into a bottle hole, turning it into a filtration machine, search it out if u wanna know more :)

would be a lot cheaper to get a filtration system going my guy, dehumidifiers has been a thing for forever now but it has it's limitations

Miles West, a man from Texas has been doing this already for years. And we can do this at home everyday, it’s called a dehumidifier and you can buy them at any big box store

This is literally called a dehumidifier, it is very common in places that need dry air to keep goods from molds. The only problem with this machine is that it is quite inefficient and needs a lot of energy to produce enough water, especially in dryer areas. A distillation system would honestly be more useful.

As cool as this is, this will have an unintended side effect that reduces the humidity of a region, and therefore leaves little room for air to condense in the upper atmosphere to form rain clouds
It works relatively well on a small scale but it's a concept that should not be upscaled for a relatively large population
