Viewers have limited patience for shorts, they die when there are 20 people all daily uploading at the same time, but they thrive when everyone has recently quit and there is barely anyone uploading them. I think the total audience for shorts is about 50, 000 people, but most those people will only watch about 3-4 shorts a day max, so less short creators uploading right now = more views

In my opinion I dont like shorts at all anymore... cuz now its all just the youtubers talking about their opinions and whatever. Theres nothing to be shown in the shorts anymore expect the text that keeps popping up. I like the og minemanner shorts where its just a cool clip and their isnt text needed.

There's too many bad creators too. Some short content is just so ugly. It's hard to find good creators. Also, everyone thinks there is a must to upload everyday, which ruins the content

Ngl i will say one thing. "Minecraft" shorts are dead because the average casual youtube scroller just wants to watch a unique and interesting video that kills some of their time and it that the video is some what enjoyable, but shorts are like you watch a video then scroll to the other video the watch another then scroll to other video and most of the shorts audience have a time span of less than 20 seconds... And + some content creators just copy other shorts video ideas so it get's repetetive aswell, only if content creators were to switch to long content and quality content that would benefit their channel and increase their remembrance.
