I created my own cryptocurrency… but I didn’t stop there. I wanted to teach my kids how crypto works, so I had them create their own tokens using Solana. I explained everything—how the blockchain works, what makes crypto valuable, and how markets operate. Then, to take things up a notch, I created a cryptocurrency for their allowance—paying them in tokens when they do their chores. Forget cash… we’re building a family economy on the blockchain. Now it’s up to YOU to decide which coin is best—Addie’s or Chloe’s.

Glad I ran into this for two reasons

1. I wanted to learn how to make my own coins for fun. (game idea)

2. Seeing your two little ones display a mind-blowing level of intelligence for their age. Parenting done ALL the way right.

The youngest's strategy was fantastic, started with "I'm talking to the editors too" to make sure she would get as many people to buy her "product", appealing to the masses is a great plan.

The oldest made a broad list of things that most people like, and incorporated that with the design of the logo to entice "buyers", essentially using the power of emotion to drum up business.

The average kid their age would be pulling blanks, or providing reasons limited like "because it's cool" or "because I made it".

Thank you for making us a distant part of your family, and giving us parents ways to educate our little ones on topics we love but don't want to just push them to learn because we think it would be good. You involved them in the parts that mattered the most, not by forcing them to learn the exact commands, or by giving them strict instructions like house pets, but by letting them be creative, allowing them to express themselves and encouraging them to be unique.

I do this also with my kids and the reactions are the same. LOL. They won't appreciate it now but when they are older and way ahead of the pack, they will realize. Keep it up.👏👏

I love the things I learn from completing these projects. Always thankful for your teachings and guidance! I plan to take my coin and use it the same way for my kids to do tasks and chores and reward them. Excellent, Superb, Fantastic Video!
