Oh boy you’re overthinking this. The password is password, nothing complicated there. The actual joke comes later on the episode when Bighead remembers a long SSH key from memory.

The joke is that he is lazy and stupid enough to use password as password even when he’s able to remember 40+ or so random characters to use a better password.

Guys no matter how much you think the last image explaining the video might be true, also remember it's bighead so he would've kept it without any secret/hidden meaning.

We had this computer game in high school where you bought fake stocks and you could sell them or day trade or whatever you wanted. You could also see other users and their results so I noticed one user had the username "username" so I logged in with that username and I used the password "password". It logged me in so I sold all his stocks and used all of his money to buy the lowest stock. Turned out it was my buddy's account and he never checked his stocks and wound up winning because he had the greatest return on investment.

If someone says “my username is 12345, And my password is 12345” it means both things are 12345

No one would say “my password is 12345” and mean that the password is actually “username.” That was a unnecessary assumption with very poor logic. It’s a simple joke, He’s a character known for being dumb. He just put password for both things out of laziness.
