Namaste my Beautiful YOGI friends, I'm thrilled to guide you through this transformative 90-minute Myofascial Release Yin Yoga class. Yin Yoga (often referenced as yen yoga or yon yoga) is slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating energy meridians with asanas held for longer periods. Advanced practitioners may stay in an asana for 1-8 minutes or more. Today, we will embark on a journey to gain perspective and restore balance in both your body and mind. This session is thoughtfully designed to deeply release tension and stress, focusing on somatic yoga exercises and myofascial release techniques that will enhance your overall flexibility and well-being.

In this advanced yin yoga sequence, dive into the profound benefits of yin yoga, targeting the deep connective tissues and fascia of the body. By holding each pose for an extended period, experience a deep stretch that promotes relaxation and healing, making it an excellent practice for rehabilitation & restoring balance.

Our practice today will incorporate somatic movements and vagus nerve yoga exercises to stimulate the vagal nerve, promoting a sense of calm and tranquility. As we flow through this 90-minute yin yoga class, you'll feel the therapeutic effects of myofascial release yoga, which is ideal for those looking to enhance flexibility and relieve chronic pain.

From somatics exercises to yin yoga flow, each pose is thoughtfully designed to support your body's natural healing processes. Whether you're here for rehab or simply to enhance your yoga practice, this 90 min yoga session is crafted to help you connect with your body on a deeper level.

In this yin yoga sequence we will do open the legs, back, shoulders, feet, wrists. It features a mix of music and crystal bowls, healing gongs, sankalpa / affirmations suggestions and pranayama.
