I think it depends on the severity of the disorder... some people can live without stimulants, anti depressants or sleeping pills, pain killers etc.. yet some people cannot function practicaly without those.

My Autism is like well how do you know unless you have 20 years of taking medication as an adult to compare it to 🤔

Does adhd severity increases during the moments of crisis? i left my meditation a month ago i am superbusy since then but its hard to focus.
