Coach Boy George WALKS OUT after PHENOMENAL Blind Audition on The Voice | Bites

Daniel Shaw’s incredible Blind Audition had all four Coaches turn their chairs, but one comment from Daniel made Coach Boy George leave the studio all together.

There's a great lesson to be learned here. Whenever someone says something that sounds like disrespect to you, before you act, ask them to clarify what they mean. Just straight up ask: "What do you mean by that?" It helps avoid situations like these where there's a misunderstanding, but it's also quite powerful when someone actually is being disrespectful!

What I love about this kid is that he is GENUINE. The artist wasn't making the comment in the way that George took it. The kid was nervous and simply said what he knew to be true. He is confident in his talents and true to himself. No one really cares if he plays a different instrument. At the same time, George asked because he did care. George has to be willing to accept the talent as it comes and work to bring out the best in each contestant. He might simply ask if a contestant plays any other instruments.

George got issues, the young man was just saying in his experience of playing for 12 years not too many people are interest in his guitar playing. George is a DIVA! He took it personal and the young man's comment had nothing to do with George.

The kid was great and merely stated that he connected better through the piano than guitar. He can't help that someone else didn't like what he said.

This guy's been busking on the streets for 10 years, and his experience is that no one cares if he plays guitar. Why would the judge think he's calling him a no one? This young man has every reason to be nervous, and the judge should be a lot more confident, and realize that no insult was intended.

I took Daniel saying no one cares about him playing guitar in relation to his busking, like he gets a greater response and creates more of an emotional connection if he plays piano as opposed to playing the guitar. Idk…but what I do know is Boy George made this about himself and not Daniel. Very unprofessional.

I took him saying "noone cares if I play guitar" as him saying while busking, he gets a better response while playing piano. Which would only make sense. His voice works unbelievably with the piano. No disrespect was given.

Daniel Shaw's voice is wonderful! He sings with emotions.

If Boy George says he cares then he should ask the staff to provide a guitar and let Daniel sing a song with it. In that way, it would give Daniel a boost a confidence that whatever musical instrument he used, he can do sing lovely songs.

And the show must go on! I love how true this statement is. Just because someone is being difficult, everyone else made it work and went on with their job and listened to this young guy. Honestly these are my three favorite judges on here.

The kid was being humble saying no one cares, but george heard it as the kid being snobby. I could totally see how someone could say that for totally opposite reasons.
