Literally have no idea why Cody is so well liked by the coaching staff

I think this defense is going to get a big wake up call against a somewhat competent Philly offense. We don’t have a chiefs level defense where the offense can suck against good teams and we still win. We need to be able to score on good defenses

I think the inability to adjust is the biggest criticism of ZT. I think there’s lots of times he looks like a competent even good coach but man he has so many of these unable to adjust moments.

my biggest problem with this game was shutting the offense down for the fourth quarter. They finally figured a few things out, got a lead, then settled for 3 obvious runs and punt. too much pressure and wear and tear on defense, painful to watch, plus the offense could use the practice at playing well.

I wonder how much of not being able to change offensive scheme falls on Dan Pitcher not being able to identify disguised defensive coverage. Only so much Zac can identify from the side lines.

The only thing I can think of on the Volson holding call this week is that it looked like his left hand was outside on the defensive player's shoulder pad in one od the replays I saw. Still super frustrating, because even if that was the case, it's a super ticky tack call.. Especially after he got penalized for a textbook pancake last week. 😕

Need to get some pass rushers..its insane that Hendrickson is the only one who even comes close to a sack..let alone actually get one

My main criticism of Taylor centers around not having the team ready to start the season. The 0-3 start with the terrible loss to NE @ home is unacceptable.

I have to say, I did not feel Joe played worse than last week against Giants. I thought that was his 2nd worst game to the Patriots, not this one.

They also were consistently getting to midfield in the game and didn’t have answers to sustain drives.

3-4 is only one game behind where i expected. I'm not that worried about it

What is the thought process for next season when they let Tee walk and Jamar is holding out. Then the preseason WR getting reps are Burton, Yoshi, and Charlie….love getting another win but Tobin and Katie have to go

I lost a $500 parlay on two holding calls in the Ravens game. The Godwin TD. And Jackson TD. Both called back on holding calls that were totally made up.

Joe played ok. The Run game seems weak. Some dropped balls by wide outs. Mims neutralized MILES. Amazing. Holder and Snaper hurting our kicking game. Better fix it. Already cost us a game. Our double tights help with blocking. Not a bad idea. Defense better against 2 bad offenses. Eagles are a test.

Ill say it again. If we don't pay Higgins, Chase will be doubled every game. This offense will look a ton different and its struggles at times already. Can one of our other receivers take his place?? havent seen it yet. I think, as Bengal fans we need to be ready for another bunch of really good players will be wasted. Until this team starts paying players, we wont win. Offensive line is crap and Burrow is getting hit way too much!! Hendrickson is a top 5 edge rusher and is getting paid like hes top 25. Work out a bonus, make him happy. Figure out a way to pay Higgins. Pay Jamaar. Lets

The team needs to pay Chase and maybe Higgins too depending on how good and how quick Burton and Iosivas and Jones are. In the offseason they need to cut Geno Stone and cut Zach Moss and if Vonn Bell does stay it better be as a backup on a minor <4 million dollar contract. And they had dam well better pick up Dax Hill’s 5th year option. Why? Because he is the best CB on this team that’s why. When he got hurt he had a PFF grade of 77.8. Next year the starting safety’s better be Jordan Battle at SS and Tycen Anderson at FS. Mile Hilton will be gone too. In nickel I would put Dax as the nickel when not in nickel would use him as an outside CB or Dajhan Anthony could play nickel. Dax Hill’s 5th year should be one of the starting outside CBs full stop. And it’s looking like DJ Turner should be the other one. I might try CTB at FS because he played a lot of safety at Nebraska too or try him at nickel CB. I think he would be better st nickel. So CTB as the nickel with Dax and DJ playing outside while Battle is your SS and at FS either Anderson or Dajhan Anthony. I would rather get Anderson. Why? Because he is the biggest fastest safety on the team and physically it’s like he was made to play FS. Or SS but definantly FS. He is big 6’2’’ 210 with long arms 33” and he is fast at 4.36. He is like a small linebacker with blazing speed. He is like a bigger faster Jessie Bates. Bates is 6’1’’ 200 and ran 4.50. If Anderson could be trained to be the FS that would be great. He has the speed to chase anyone down and the size to bring them down. You looking for someone to cover TE’s?? Well he was on the team this entire time. He has the size and speed to cover anyone in the NFL. With his speed he could play outside CB. He is faster than CTB and Dax. Only DJ is faster than he is. And Battle physically was made to play Strong safety. He is 6’1’’ 215 and runs 4.55. This is the minimum you want your safeties to be speed wise. 4.55-4.58. Geno Stone runs 4.62. He is short and slow. Battle also has 32 inch arms. Why do I keep bringing up arm length? Because it’s important for a defensive back and offensive tackles that’s why. Why the hell do you think they measure them? Geno Stone has been atrocious and Zach Moss hasn’t been very good either. He is averaging 3.6 YPA with 2 TDs. Chase Brown is averaging 5.6 YPA with 3 or 4 tds. Brown should be RB1. Next year Brown should be RB1 and I would draft another RB In round 3 or 4 and get that kid we have on the practice squad Milton up to speed. He is big he could even be a fullback. And I would think about bringing Chris Evans back too. Williams is gone. Practice squad. He is just taking up space. So is Tanner Hudson. Why the fuck do we have 5 TE’s no other team has more than 4 of them. Most teams have 3! If it’s because Hudson is the backup long snapper then I would train one of these younger guys like McGlocklin to be the backup snapper. Hudson is 30. After he dropped that TD in game 1 my opinion of him has never recovered. Traveon Williams and Tanner Hudson are taking up 2 roster spots. I would even consider bringing back Brad Robbins just to be the holder. Rehkow is one of the best punter I. The league. We must keep him. I think the reason Evan has been missing kicks is a holding issue. Or I would train the backup snapper to be the holder. Depending on who plays better this year I would either cut Sheldon Rankins in the offseason and extend BJ Hill a couple of years or just let BJ walk and let Rankins stay. BJ is over a year younger than Sheldon though. If Ossai doesn’t start generating more pressure or getting sacks I would bench him and play Cedric Johnson a lot more.

I know it's a diff week... but Philly destroyed the giants and we barely beat them.. I'm not going to sugar coat it.. we need this game but I don't think we have it in us... too inconsistent...
