there are some water repellent sprays/stickers, they're usually used for cars, but they might work here, maybe it'll prevents condensation from sticking and building up

the problem is heat transfer through the window. changing the material could help (best would be acrylic or polycarbonate, as they have a sixth of glass conductivity.)
creating a diy Thermopane should work better.

as this is because the exterior is hotter than the interior, you could put dissipators around the glass (avoiding putting in the lens, obviously) so the dissipators condensate and heat up the surrounding glass, possibly eliminating the condensation (this solution would work only with glass or a better thermal conductor, but those are really expensive tho.)

A small incandescent bulb will provide enough heat to prevent that

You can use some Anti-fog glass treatment like Rain-x to reduce the amount of fog build up without the need of a heater.

I heard that shaving cream prevents condensation in bathroom mirrors maybe it would work here too?

Use warm hands. Just put one in there before you you go to bed and you’re good. I don’t think it’ll be hot enough to damage anything. But you can put in in a sock or wrap it in a wash cloth or some shit. Idek if this is helpful but ye🫶🏻

Not really a problem, cooling is never too good
