'Bee Movie' scene that Parodies 'The Graduate'

As a preface, I watched (and regretted watching) this movie because of its notable terribleness. There are actually several parallels with The Graduate (and many other movies), but this one I felt was worth sharing.

The only difference is in this parody that we only see the parents talking to Barry in the pool whereas in the actual movie, guests including Mrs. Robinson come in the backyard and say hi to Ben

Imo it’s okay not terrible, I mean it has a nice breezy pace, the animation is really good, and every now and then you'll get a funny joke. But yeah not great by any means.
