Explanation
So basicly one day lisa was so tired she decided to sleep and she hear the wardrobe bang and someone started to laugh at her she couldn't open her eyes she couldn't talk, move, scream anything this is called as sleep paralysis its where ur practically in a dream and u couldn't move or anything and you cant wake up and die and lisa also said she saw a man sitting on her bed thank god jisso came and checked on her and saved her

I remember the same thing happened to me. I was sleeping and i heared a loud bang from my bathroom and i wanted to see what i was but my eyes wouldnt open and it felt like someone was forcing my down like i coulnt move at all andit scared me to death. I know how lisa felt thats scary shit right there😢

It's because when you sleep facing the ceiling your tounge went up so you can't breathe that why you cant move.
But you will wake if someone pat your shoulder or wake you up
But you well die if someone don't move you bc you can't breathe

I ever did experience SLEEP PARALYSIS, so I was so tired so I went to my bed and sleep and suddenly when I was sleeping I felt like I can't move, can't breathe, and can't even scream and I saw a deadly man staring at me with a huge smile, I tried to move away but I can't do anything and suddenly I just wake up and I was sweating so much and what is fucking scary is that when I fall asleep again the man appears again, so that night I couldn't sleep

Sleep paralysis is happened to me..

When i was sleeping alone someone knocking under my bed its so loud and someone coming close to me and carressing my hair and its saying "tsk tsk tsk" i want to see who knocking under my bed and carresing my hair but i could not open my eyer nor i can't do anything but when my elder brother come to my room and wake me up becouse i will be late in school and tell himand he said its sleep paralysis and i said what is it and he said search it on google and that i saw what is the meaning of sleep paralysis

I use to be like that when i was sleeping and I heard someone in my room its kinda creeping me out and i tried to open my eyes like I stuck in my dream I couldn't even tho I use my energy to open my eyes but still... luckily my mom came into my room and woke me up. That thing is happen to me so every time i go to my bed i always pray for the god to help.

So once I was sleeping and then I heard my mom calling my name in a very creepy voice at like 6 in the morning, so I was scared and I couldn’t move my body and then my mom came storming to my bedroom yelling “GET OUT OF YOUR BED YOU ARE LATE FOR SCHOOL”and that’s how she saved me😅😅😅
