This song perfectly describes fake friends, people who put you down, and just pessimists. Though it also talks about how you show affection towards other yet you don't ever get any form of kindness in return. Of course above all, there's some love in there. The one person who was there for you when nobody else understood you. It also describes friends going against you for no reason and your life just being sucky. It's saying how sick and twisted the world can be, and to not be apart of all of the pessimistic ideas, and to just be yourself, and to be who you want to be.
