Nailing vinyl siding J-channel with a cordless nailer and trim adapter

Many people order the siding adapter by itself and choose not to save 20% to get the trim adapter as well when ordered in the combo pack. Trim work is 50% of the job so why not save time using the trim adapter for J-channel and corner posts as well instead of hand banging those.

The trim adapter is easy to use. With both adapters, simply feel that “click” and fire away. Make sure you use 1 3/4” length nails only 👍.

Winter adapters are made with a different compound with a much lower glass transition temperature for durability in the winter. It is innately softer and will harden up in the cooler temps, but remain durable. We have not had a single winter adapter break to date and we are quite proud of that.
