I like the way this man delivering his words

Good talk. I like how he explained the topics in a little over 5 mins. I have read and listened to a lot of real life stories that build integrity - all of those came from a very good book Backbone Power The Science of Saying No. I recommend that everyone should read the book and/or listen to the audiobook. I swear, it's a great book.

condense and so good <3 "not think less of yourself but think of yourself less". I search "be humble ted" because I have a strong sense that my ego is leading me to a lifestyle that I fight more than I love. I suffer from memory loss so I really forget what I did talk to me every single day "the way you judge the world is the way you judge yourself". I am so grateful that I grow everyday, and I can be happy welcoming dark sides of me being reflected in my wrongdoings so that I would mindfully change those traits. Khiêm cung nhé Duyên.

I always learn so much from these ted videos and they always leave me with questions taht i ponder later and learn from.

Quick and to the point. The only thing I disagree with is your comment, "Integrity is aligning your actions with your beliefs." Aligning actions and beliefs are more about commitment and dedication. "Integrity" has to with moral principles, and since not everyone's beliefs are based on moral principles, it would be incorrect to say that "Integrity is aligning your actions with your beliefs."
