As per my experience with WIn 7 and Linux Mint, Windows is still loading in the background while it shows the desktop. The screen will refresh once and then will it allow me to open any application. As opposed to this, the LinuxMint may take longer to show the desktop screen, but its ready and I can open apps right away.

How partisan are you say?! How much did you get from Microsoft for lying like that? I have always used Windows up to 7 and have been using Linux mint for 3 years now. It requires much less of the working memory (1Gb instead of 4) is stable and free. How false is this?!

what the fuck is windows 9.Legit widnwos 8 was booted and linux was still on the motherboard logo. there is something wrong.while opening firefox linux mint was loading the linux mint website and the others were opening a blank page. linux outperforms all of there os' by a mile
