Hiking Colorado - Mt. Wilcox, Argentine Peak, Square Top Mountain

On Saturday September 24th, 2022 I hiked Colorado 13ers Mt. Wilcox 13,408', Argentine Peak 13,738', and Square Top Mountain 13,794'.
This hike starts at the Silver Dollar Lake Trailhead just off of Guanella Pass road near Georgetown Colorado. My total distance for this hike was 10.09 miles with 4,676 feet of elevation gain.
The hike starts out through the forest for short distance until opening up with views of the basin and all 3 peaks I would climb. The majority of the route was off trail and I only saw 1 other person on the summit of Wilcox, 3 on the summit of Argentine, and then 20 or so on Square Top.
There was a handful of critters along the trail including some deer, and mountain goats. It was quite windy and chilly, but with it being so late in the season it was very rewarding due to less people. As always, I had a few great Beers including Fremont/Half Acre Ectoplasm IPA, Pfriem Pilsner, and Fremont Field to Ferment Fresh Hop Pale Ale.
