It amazes me how Radio stations constantly play "I love a Rainy night" over and over again when "Suspicions" is clearly Eddie Rabbits best song in my opinion.

It amazes me that todays musicians don’t realize that the magic of the 70’s and 80’s music was that they used orchestral instruments and jazz instruments in the music. It really helps the whole song.

The audio quality of the original studio recording of this song is superb, and makes me think the subsequent loudness wars of the 2000s were much ado about nothing. How did we find the will to live back in the 70's, when the best audio quality we could get was tape? It was hope against hope :)

Eddie had se great songs. How about Just You and I, Step by Step. My wife's Julie and I saw him several times at the Valley Forge Music Fair near King of Prussia, PA. The theatre was in the round with the farthest seat closer than many venues. Another song that shares the moodiness of Suspicions is the the Elvis hot Kentucky Rain but I agree Suspicions is much overlooked. Actually Eddie lvis, Valley Forge Music Fair and my wife Julie left us all long before their time hear on earth but the are missed and definitely not forgotten.

The world lost an angel when Eddie passed away. The guy was humble and never once acted like he was better than anyone. Funny guy also.
