Just got an almost similar hand yesterday at my local casino. The flop was AK8 and I hold pockets 8s. I was up against two people in position and they check so I bet small on flop they both call, they check again I bet again the turn which was a 5 and they cold call, the river a beautiful 5 who paired the boared and giving me a boat. So after they check again I thought they have weak hand so they won't call any big bet except for a bluff so I bet small and the big blind first to act behind me check raise me for more than 5.5x and half his stack the UTG+2 cold call so I only had one move (It wasn't a 3-bet pot so I know I wasn't against AA or KK and I know I had the best hand) I jam both of them jam and BB turn over AKs and UTG+2 AQo. I cashed out for 5 times my buy in. It was a great night.

Bad etiquette by Salomon but ultimately meaningless. Tens are way too strong and Holz is way too pot-committed to fold even if he's seen an ace. Kind of odd Holz didn't re-shove in the first place when Kaverman jammed with the short stack.
