In Dusttale, Murder!Sans was about to kill Papyrus in order to make up for the fact that he couldn't kill Toriel, due to the human getting to her first. However, Papyrus, in self-defense attacks Sans, killing him. After that unexpected event, Papyrus promises to take his revenge and kill the human.

pretty sure horror negs for the soul purpose of the fact that not only did he destroy the entire core in a single attack from a distance in canon, he can also canonically just blow up papyrus' bones as long as he can see papyrus, and papyrus has basically no answer to either of those things cuz he's not fast enough for horror sans to just blast him with a massive bione attack round start

Horror wins with one move, DustBelief Papyrus never showed any speed feats like Canon Dust did in the Novel, which btw scales higher than Horror, Killer, Insanity and DustBelief Papyrus due to his feats, so there's no way for him to speedblitz here, all Horror has to do is use Ostekenisis, and boom, the fight would be over before it even starts

Horror sans solos low to mid difficult.
let me remind you homies about dustbelief papyrus feats.
first he killed sans through caught off-guard. The same thing with Undyen. And finally killed a featless human who are only shown to save and load + reset.
He simply has no durability feats, no endurance feats. No speed feats, no DC/AP feats. He only has BIQ/IQ feats,
He simply killed monsters who did not fight back. As for his abilities it only could do weak AP.
Horror sans could destroy a part of the core, blown up guards heads who also fought back. blows Undyen head.
and based on the destruction he done to the core. He would scale to small building level. So he got AP + DC. Physically strength as well. Since he blow the LAB door with his bare hands.
has shown greater speed feats, more durability and endurance than someone who haven't been attacked or tank any damage. IQ and experience goes to horror as well. As he made a plan to save the Underground. BIQ is debatable, abilities goes to dustbelief papyrus and finally hax goes to horror sans since he has immortlity type 7 and type 1.
Overall horror sans solos. if you wish to debate me, i would ask for scans and Source + try to avoid committing fallacies.

Horror is at least level 7 by the time he finished his visit to the lab, at least in the SourAppleStudios comic. And he definitely gained a ton from killing humans, so I'd maybe put him at level 11/12.
Even without considering what levels might mean for him, we already know he can't die. Dealing damage to him does nothing, and he has to pretty much be completely destroyed if you want to kill him.
He has crazy durability because of this, and his ability to dodge and teleport. He could also just block your attacks with his massive, incredibly dense bone attacks. They protect his eye at the Core for a reason, and I'd guess nobody can break through them since he hadn't died when the comic came around.
He also has crazy strength, being able to tear Aliza's arm off without any real effort. It looked like he was ripping notebook paper.
He's already as fast as Classic and Dust, and must be even faster now since he's physically stronger and more durable.

He genuinely no/low-diffs Dustbelief up until Corridor, at which point I think Dustbelief could kill him with an all-out shot from a Gaster Blaster.

the actual POWERS!!(pun intended) eye of sans got taken and put in the core.
dustbelief wouldn't even know that the moment he met him, and phantom would've probably told him that mid fight while horror is tanking durability by dodging every single attack dustbelief puts him on.
horror only has a problem when dustbelief gets pissed off and actually goes all in, and when I say problem I mean not literally dying. As the comic goes (let me say it in my way)
If sans gets hit or actually hurt. He doesn't die, he stays down for a few minutes before getting back up. PISSED OFF. Papyrus would get to the core to destroy it. But before he could even do that. Horror would get there easily. He isnt supposed to use his teleportation TOO MUCH, or he'd get tired.
right now he's considering probably regenerating stamina faster standing. It would've taken half his stamina to get to the core with teleportation. Horrortale wouldn't have a problem with phantom dust.
both phantom papyrus in dusttale and phantom sans in dustbelief are hallucinations. They do not have any strengths except for a MINOR distraction.
horrortale would be able to get to papyrus easily while he's trying to charge up to destroy the core, and that means he's off guard and he wouldn't even know horror is charging towards him. horror would get him down on the ground and start doing the whatever blah blah osteokinesis. And trust me phantom ain't doin nothing on that part.He (as in horror) would be able to distract papyrus so much that he'd technically get him tired., making his moment to strike. Although papyrus has alot of hp (to the fact of his LV), he can still die to the same lethal blow sans did. Well kind of. It would've exhausted papyrus and get his hp to either low or VERY LOW. (considering the snowdin fight when they met)
and he also can't teleport too much. But at times like that. He can teleport him and papyrus with him back to snowdin, and while he's exhausted trying to give in his all (as in papyrus). Horror would solo.
