I listened to this yesterday and I woke up in such a great energy. I experienced a greatly productive mood, I’m usually very sluggish! I was able to focus. I was more patient and empathetic with my kids and hubby. My house is filled with peace and is sparkling clean, I was so happy today. I even took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood just to enjoy being in the moment when I usually opt for a nap.
