I couldn’t find peroxide so I used a tea bag of camomile tea like you said in the video for protein for plants and the left overs of grinded coffee and mixed in the soil. Boom!!! No more gnats 😊 thank you 🙏🏽

Btw... I’ve noticed Gnats have been worse this year than others like they are all over my indoor plants and around the kitchen we had tried everything and nothing seem to work I will definitely try this and hope it works 🙏🙋‍♀️👏

You can also spray your plants with a mix of water and a couple of drops of Dawn soap (yes it has to be Dawn, Dawn only)
Spray once a week and you will see no more bugs

Gnats lay their eggs in the top wet layer of the soil, if you can’t get your hand on peroxide cut potato on the top of the soil draws the larvae out, leave it overnight and throw out the pieces and repeat. a 1:5 dish soap and water spray on the plant in addition to watering the plant from the bottom with the potato method I found helped get rid of mine within a week.
