My husband and I had this song sung at our wedding in 1993. He recently passed away and the Lord has brought this gorgeous song back to my mind. This song is a message for the Body of Jesus Christ. Because the Word of God teaches that whosoever thirst and hunger for righteousness shall be filled and as the children or offspring of Jesus Christ, we are to reflect His true di one nature. Gods Word tells us to be by as He is holy, so that means to separate ourselves from this worlds logic and mannerism and be pure and undefiled. We must be always mindful that we are not of this world even though we are in it! Our temple or our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, where the Spirit of Christ dwells!
