I was reading, The lost book of herbal remedies, and it states that it also has blood thinning properties, so you know if it’s true? I have a blood clot in my brain and on blood thinners. My health insurance is gonna be running out and I have a CT scan scheduled 5months out from now. I’ve had this blot clot since e the end of Aug of 2023 and what to attempt to take the holistic approach. I’d be so grateful if you could possibly let me know. Thank you for this! I live in Alaska and make fireweed syrup. It's a gorgeous purple as well. I do it a little bit differently but with the same results. Thanks for the idea of making popsicles out of it. You can also drizzle it over ice cream. Yum!

Can you use dried violets? They don't grow where I moved to but maybe I can get someone to dry some and ship them to me
