10.13.3. OS Enable three finger drag and it work. Now I can drag with one finger lol. Great video thanks!

Yes that worked. You go to preferences - trackpad - enable three fingers and THEN hurray - you can drop and drag with one finger again. Go figure!

Note however that if such a simple thing as drag&drop process becomes glitchy on a macintosh computer, then all "mac spirit" basicaly becomes a nonsens: who cares about latest apps when the basis does not work?
