Courtney knows what it's like to feel so busy you wonder how or when you're going to get a workout in. Being busy in the Accounting field, being able to prioritize her fitness and health and set healthy boundaries ensures that Courntey is able to do her job well, do it with a smile, and at the same time do something good for HER!
