Lego Western MOC - 'Gold Mine Hide-out'

Welcome to the Gold Mine Hide-out. Inspired by a great set no. 6761 from 1996, but made in a bit more complex style.

I tried a bit different format this time - after the cinematic showcase, I made a short review of all the details I've included. Let me know how you like this approach... and enjoy the show 😉

Check out my other social media accounts here:

The idea for the stairs came from @EdgeofBricks who uses this technique in his new MOC - The Black Serpent, that you can check out here:

Niesamowita konstrukcja!!

This channel is a real goldmine! (Pun intended!) Recently I’ve been liking the Wild West and after looking at a bunch of the sets the best I could find was an old sheriffs office, but it was quite expensive, so instead I decided to look for some Mocs for inspiration. And holy crap, this might be the best Wild West moc I have seen in a long time. Everything is so well done. The figures, the building, the tracks, the mine, the rock work, the cacti! Very well done.

I am a big fan of classic western series! I love the vulture. Can you remember where does the black bandit's torso come from (the one on the ground). It's not classic western, is it?

I have an unusual question. How do you create the white background? I saw that your background has a texture. Do you use a special tablecloth for that? I use the back of wrapping paper for that.

That cowboy minifig with light brown bowler hat (minifig who stands in front of cart with gold) is custom fig or real lego? If its real lego minifig where is torso from?
