Looking at the comments, a comparison video between this and Casio CDP 110/160 or the Yamaha P 45, will be greatly appreciated.

Must be a collaboration with Casio. I think it sounds pretty good, and you are able to play it very musically.

Im looking at the NPK-20 and cant find any reviews on it - the bones of that one are very similar spec wise to this one so this has been very helpful. As someone who took lessons for a few years as a kid and now has played guitar/bass/mandolin for almost 20 years I'm ready to get back into piano. Ive been wanting something with weighted keys, connectivity options, solid primarily acoustic piano tones with passable electric piano sounds, layering, EQ, good speakers. Pianos from the bigger companies Ive been looking at are similar to the Roland FP60x and Roland FP50e. This has basically all the same features for a lot less money and tonal differences I would very likely not be able to notice as a beginner. Plus, sounds could be slightly edited in a DAW if possible. Ive used several NUX guitar pedal products and I have been thoroughly impressed

I am actually planning to buy this digital piano, I am just waiting for you to do a review about this. You are the only youtuber that i trust about digital pianos.

bought this after watching your review. i am complete beginner and my standard of course isn't high, if at all. all i can say is that the keys on the nux npk 10 feel heavy. they produce different levels of sound according to how hard i hit my fingers on them. no sound is lost when pressing the keys in quick succession. some of my fingers have started to sore after only a few days of practice. i can't say much about the other features of the nux npk10 as i have no experiences with other devices to compare it to. i feel though that the sound isn't very loud which is great if you live in a small apartment like me. so far i have no regrets and i can say it was money well spent.

Finally, I have found a compact heavy keys as I've been looking for. It rook me 6 weeks to get the right one for my level, mid-entry.

I do notike the bulky look digital piano due to limited spacing as I have. Thabk you for your review.

Maybe good enough to make the landscape look more interesting, if not a game changer! Thanks Jeremy for testing it out for us

The electric piano you played was supposed to be a DX7 EP1 or EP2? Didn't quite sound like it to me. At this price point and higher, a display is what I seek. Probably why these types of DP without displays don't capture my interest. More likely to go down or up in price to get one.

Looks like they did a decent job. Not great but decent. Sounds like it may have problems competing in a crowded space.

Good review.

Amazon had some sort of discount yesterday on the Donner Dep 20 and I managed to get it for $295. I hope it turns out good as it will be the instrument I'll learn piano with.

Hi, great review. Could anyone tell me what he meant around the 3:25 minute mark? It's something about samples and mezzo. Is it something that can be a deal-breaker? I am an adult beginner with no prior training in music. Just looking for a cheap 88-key device.

I spent both approx 5 minutes test play on a Korg B2 and NUX NPK-10. Without a doubt and convincingly, the NPK-10 has way, way much better key action than the B2. The NPK-10 also has better sounding piano than the B2. I've always thought and tell friends of the Yamaha P-121 as the cheapest you can get and yet have a decent playable piano action/sound. With this new discovery, that item is now NPK-10. Of course, the P-121 being more expensive has better key action/sound than NPK-10. I own a Roland FP-30X.

Hello jeremy see! I love your videos and have been watching your videos for a while now. Im trying to find a good first 88 key piano and ive narrowed it down to yamaha p45 and the nux np 10. If budget isnt an issue, which should I pick among the two? Especially if my preference is better grand piano sound. Thank you!

This is really cool. Been wondering about this keyboard while choosing which to buy. Will you also do a review of the Artesia PA-88H?
