This is the best Dylan guitar tutorial I have ever seen, and I’ve been looking for years. It may seem at first like a very basic style but it’s actually quite nuanced. Thank you for taking the time to do this well. Please do more Dylan acoustic tutorials!

I love how you illustrate how difficult it can actually be to play (even an extremely simple arrangement, let alone the dylan style stums or finger style patterns) and sing anything resembling the melody. not until I tried it did i realize how much musical creativity is flowing in his singing voice and how hard it is to actually keep the "right" melody - so often my voice wants to follow something closer to what my hands are playing (as your Masters of War did) but when he sings it's like the melody has a mind of its own that interweaves with the playing to create harmonies and disonnance and resolutions.

After starting guitar 2 months ago I've got to the point where I understand chords and scales pretty well, but I don't know how to progress from here. I'm kinda just learning as many songs as I can and hope to pick up skills from that!
