The good part of fishing is that you can grindstone the books and it doesn't take a lot of fixing to build up a maxed out rod.

14:50 On the whole Litematica thing, I personally love it. I find builds I design in survival are way less detailed and interesting than my creative ones. I restrict myself a lot more to what I can get easily or already have when building in survival instead of branching out and trying new pallets or styles. I don't use easy place though as that feels a bit cheaty to me, I prefer to just follow the blueprint myself. The building process is my favourite part after all.

Also knowing exactly how much of each block I will need is such a blessing cause I hate having to go back and get more materials

In theorie you could fish 45 books disenchant them and craft them into all the bookshelfs you need.

U can get a zombie villager and fish for 3 books to get a bookshelve then craft a lecturn, cure the villager and trade for bookshelves with the librarian

hi! you can also get books with trading with piglins. They often trade soul speed books and you can grindstone them. Its way more entertaining than fishing for sure...
