iwabe is really likable. i didn't care for denki at first, but now i like the guy. these two are developing a bromance

In all fairness, this is probably the best way they can introduce character development, and people don't seem to be appreciating that enough.

The fact of the matter is, Naruto was successful in bringing about a nearly 100% peaceful Generation after his, and this is the result of that.

Damn, the academy is a lot stricter now. Team 7 didn't learn how to walk on walls and shit until after their first encounter with Zabuza. Now it's being taught at the academy. Took Naruto and Sasuke I believe a few days to get it down and all the other kids are getting it no problem. Interesting to think about.

I think there was a line that showed it was leading into them becoming genin next episode. Also Inwabe's face when he was studying upside down made me laugh my ass off.

Honestly I have never felt so awkward watching an episode of naruto until now, watching this episode made me feel like I was watching some gay couple get through life...wouldn't have been surprised if denki and iwabe kissed...

Rock Lee showed up and I screamed. I adored the bits with Papa Lee. He's a dad now, of course he's more like Gai. He has to inspire the youth. He has to make his son into a fine shinobi. (Insert trademark)

But enough talking about Naruto.
Yea Burotus first arc is not even close to Narutos first arc
