MJ, i have sold furniture & mattresses for decades. We have a saying in the store -- Your mattress is the most important piece of furniture in your home.
A mid-range queen size mattress is around $1, 000 USD (mattress only, without boxspring). A Tempur-Pedic can cost $3, 000-$4, 000 USD.
I commented when you first bought your old mattress that it was too thin. An adult mattress should be minimum 10" thick but 12" is the average.
A memory foam mattress doesn't bouce. A Hybrid mattress gives you the best of both worlds -- 3-4 inches of foam on top to relieve pressure points and the deep-down support of coils.
Most memory foam mattresses I sell have a cool gel to help dissipate excess body heat.
Take the time to select a good mattress. Yes, a mattress is an investment but what is a good nights sleep 😴 worth?

A very good investment for your projects at home is a ladder. It is very dangerous for Robbie to be climbing the roof without a proper ladder. Also, you get what you pay for as far as your current bed. If you buy a cheap bed, then you get all kinds of pain. You buy an expensive bed and all your pain will be solved. 👍😀

The Best mattress to get is made of MEMORY FOAM. It contours to your body. It's a good choice for couples who want to minimize disturbance from their partner's movements.
It's a bit much but worth the price. 😊

I don't have any trouble traveling with my drone, but more places are requiring a permit to fly now.
