There is one yellow county, don’t know the names of the states or county’s as im Australian, but it’s off near the top right

I mean for all intents and purposes it was a coin toss. There were no states that flipped other than the swing ones and those states were all won by a point or two.

The large swath of land in California is dominated by two counties, the largest and 9th largest counties in the US by area.

Polling hasn't been very accurate for decades so it shouldn't be trusted that heavily.

That’s not actually true 538 said before the election a very likely scenario is the polling data margin of error being in one candidate favor which it was.
