Feel bad, unlike the other people like “I am pregnant with Jesus” and “I am a dog”, this is a really sad problem.

If anyone’s wondering how she is now, she got serious help, and she’s doing a lot better. I think she’s seventeen now.

Found an update:

The physician who reviewed her MRI, Dr. Bradley Jabour, CEO and Chief of Neuroradiology at Smart Brain and Health, noted that she could have bipolar disorder or significant sensory dysregulation disorder, a condition in which "the brain has trouble receiving and responding to information that comes in through the senses."
It’s unknown whether Aneska has been formally diagnosed with either of these disorders.
Today, 18-year-old Aneska says her life is great. She says she is about to graduate high school, her relationship with her family is strong, and she’s no longer experiencing the anger and out-of-control behaviors of the past.

Her mom told her to explain the soldier.
The girl is avoiding eye contact.
Being slow to explain stuff.
She could be faking it but I'm not sure.

I cannot believe that a professional would feel it is ok to put a child on tv like this in the first place.

She's got a big imagination, but she's also a very bad actress.

She said Iraq right (E-rahc). Which most adults don't even know is the correct pronunciation. Not relevant, but cool

regardless if she’s “faking” these conditions and behaviour, that doesn’t negate the fact that she’s still feeling a need to act the way she does. my heart truly goes out to her, and shame on the parents/producers for exploiting this young girl on national television. i understand they sign contracts and make arrangements and that reality shows are well-fabricated, but it still feels off putting (even if this whole thing was staged, which is very well could’ve been, why would some sick individual ever stage something like this...)

This child is so clearly acting. Probably encouraged (inadvertently) by the mother

Theres a fine line between delusion and vivid imagination. This little girl has the latter

If a child is lying and trying to convince people that they were talking to a Dead soldier, and was asked where the soldier was shot and killed, people are taught from movies that vital places to be shot and killed are in the heart or head. She pointed to the shoulder. Movies for the longest time have shown people get shot in the shoulder and make a complete recovery. I can't think of a single movie that showed someone getting shot in the shoulder and died. The reality is there are major arteries and veins in the shoulder, and you can easily bleed to death if you get shot there. So I see the opposite of what I would expect to see from someone who is faking this.
