If you have ever played the bass you must see Claypool at least once. It's unreal. You can literally FEEL the notes rolling off of his fingers. It vibrates through your soul.

One of the few times I've watched a live performance on Youtube and said: "Give that sound guy a raise!"

Les is a weird old musical genius wizard. The kind you find walking the earth to find things to inspire him to make more weird miraculous music with his magical bass.

Heard this song yesterday for the first time and to me sounds the like the love child of deep purple/grateful dead/pink floyd. It's literally been stuck in my head all day long today. I love the how it builds up, nice structure. Great song, great musicians, the drummer is badass.

I was never a fan of Primus' sound but I have always had great respect for Les being one of the greatest bassists to ever live, as a bassist myself. This is new to me and feels very Tool which is awesome. One of the few recommendations from YouTube I appreciate.

I feel very inept to have not listened to more Primus. Forgive me.
