I think the shadow man can beat literally all of them. Dr Monty himself stated that he was omnipotent and had unlimited power and the shadow man is equal to him in power and scaling.

I would say zeno arceus featherine and dante beating shadowman is kinda farfetched, i mean they can all destroy universes but shadowman can do it a lot easier then the others

What little I do know about this character is he is a multi-dimensional threat. When it comes to the Dragonball series Goku Black comes to mind. He was actually becoming one with multple timelines towards the end. This seems like a character who could kill or at least tie the Shadow Man. Super Saiyan Blue Vegeto could not get the job done due to Goku Blacks immortality. Birrus possibly could have defeated Black. Though, the power scaling in the canon is such a moving target for Birtus it is hard to say. This opens the possibility that Ultra Instinct Goku could defeat The Shadow Man. Super Saiyan Blue from the Tournament of Power would be able to push him back into a portal. Since at that point Goku proved he can counter time manipulation. So there is no reason to think he can not harm The Shadow Man at that point. Zeno would absolutely body The Shadowman. It is possible Zeno is not that physically strong. So maybe Zeno gets knocked over before he gets up and just absolutely nukes The Shadow Man. Dante is a weird pick. He defeated a Demon King which was the strongest in hell. He did not put him down for good though. So I feel like Dante even with Vergils help would lose this fight.
