I worked at CVS, the robot just counts the big mover meds. The techs still have to verify the pills and the pharmacist still double checks the pills.

I used to fly around the Pacific Rim a lot, and I'd see coolers packed full of fresh fish or other seafood as carry ons or checked luggage all the time. Even on return flights to the US.
It was bizarre to me at first, but I guess totally normal in that part of the world.

5:57 Can confirm. It was the mid90s IIRC...non-transforming Transformers appeared. They looked great but were very lame.

Funny that Wendel mentions Idiocracy.
Three days ago, I told a fellow bar patron that our department of agriculture is now in negotiations with Gatorade to begin watering all of the Florida orange groves.

In Spain and Portugal, I think maybe Italy too we had Tente before Lego came in. I had the USS Enterprise with his F-14's and helos, it was fantastic.

It's interesting how you're so far with digitalizing health care, that you're worried about wifi cutting off in the farmacy or buffer over-/underflow in pill dispensers. Here in germany the health care system is still mostly managed analog, most information between facilities still gets handwritten and faxed.
The only digital thing we have are insurance cards.

1:25 The nurse manager should have a key to open up the drawers to get the drugs.
If they don't have this option available...they're risking people's lives.

Great video! Just FYI 28:20 "not playing hard" in a competitive match is indicative of match fixing, which is why it isn't allowed. This is a standard anti-corruption rule applied by every professional sporting body, in the US and internationally.

What made this so noteworthy was that *both* teams were trying to match fix in opposite directions (both trying to lose), which made the subpar performance obvious to spectators as each side was forced to make more and more egregious 'mistakes' to overcome the 'mistakes' made by their opponents. 🤣

30:21 honestly my phone is 5 years old and still works like the day I got it, theres no need to always upgrade and im always like what is wrong with people who do that! Recently bought a new phone (which was released 2020) just because it has the last good headphone jack and stock is going from new to only used/refurbished so definitely gotta get it in a good condition... but I dont even need it yet lol.

If your friend couldn't get into their crash cart, there was an operational failure as well. There's a key that allows you into any of the electronically-controlled med dispense cabinets. Not being able to get at meds that are needed crucially does not outweigh the benefits of protecting the controlled substances to that level. Someone should have known/been made aware of where that key is.

So I've worked on these pill robots before. Fingerprint reader went bad so I had to change that just a simple USB fingerprint reader anyways since the fingerprint reader didn't work on this machine they just had the front door open on it that way they can reach in grab what pills they needed the canister of pills and then they would just take it over the counter count it out put it back once the machine was back up and running the pharmacist started having to tell the machine to cancel orders and stuff because the system automatically started reading the orders that were already filled by the pharmacy techs manually so it was interesting
