Dstv B6 Remote: How to Reset

This is how you RESET a dstv B6 remote.
1. Press and hold ARC and TV POWER button for 3sec or till you see the LED blinking 2 times
2. Release both buttons. And the remote LED should light RED
3. Press any key from 2 to 9 and the LED will turn GREEN and blink for a few seconds.

THATS HOW TOU RESET THIS REMOTE!!!

Hi, when I press any button on my remote, the red light flashes two times but there is no response from the decoder. Can you help please?

My volume and mute button started misbehaving, have trying to look for help but couldn't find one even when I unplugged every thing and plug it again but didn't work. So today after watching this video, I tried to reset it, so when I finished the volume and mute button stopped working, it no longer showing at all in the TV.

Hey man my remote does not work with DSTV decoder even after reset
