I almost went to culinary arts school in the states (was going to do the pastry chef class) but it was way too expensive. It looks fun though

I tried to make eclairs but they weren’t fluffy and didn’t rise enough don’t know why, they were tiny even after baking I couldn’t stuff them with the filling
