Am I the only one that watched this video and thought: "That shop is so clean!"

Thanks for the video. The key point you conveyed is the 1/8" spacing from the rear of the side rails to the closed tailgate (mentioned at minutes 4:00 and 6:00). This and cross bed measuring squared everything nicely. Thanks again!

Thanks for the instructional video. My Truxedo cover will be arriving in a couple of days and I will go by your instructions step by step on my 2017 Silverado

Excellent video! This really helped me with the install. I would say maybe zoom in a little more or hold the frame longer on the close ups - so we can better see what you are doing. The instructions that came with this bed cover are awful - so this video was very much needed! THANK YOU!

Thanks I watched your video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Never hurts to double check.

You skipped right past installing cover assembly on front bulkhead, and it's tough to see on the instructions.

What exploded at 5:24? Lol. On a real note… how good is the Velcro? My experience with Velcro is that after time it doesn’t work very well. You think it will hold up for years?

Where did you get the bulkhead seal? My truxport did not come with it and I don't see it on the website. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Of course yours fit without any adjustments needed where it clips in by the tailgate. Would have been nice to see that.

So, I am replacing my cover with a new one- is there any reason why I can’t use the clamps from the old cover to provide additional anchorage to the new rails??

I have a bed liner that goes over the bed at the rear window do I have to remove it to install the back rail

Is the side rail supposed to click into place when you push it into the bulkhead bar? Mine keeps sliding out a little when I push the other rail in the other side. I just have the clamps finger-tightened for now. Thanks for the tip on the 1/8th inch test at the gate end, and the foam pieces at that end. It was getting dark when I did the initial install, so I deferred the final alignment and tightening for today. It aligned pretty good, but I want to double check. My installation was a little different due to the truck having a liner (so no bulkhead seal). Mine is also a 2016 Chevy Colorado z71.

One other question: what is a good conditioner to use on the vinyl to keep it in good condition?

What about sealant down the sides? Won't water come in there?

How well this cover handles with ❄ ? I want to get one for my truck but I scared its won't last since lots of snow during winter season in Wisconsin.

I bought one for my 2024 Colorado and the side rails don’t sit flush on the sides of my truck. I get a little bit of flapping when I’m driving. Is this normal or should I return?

Whats the best way to keep water out where the cover meets the tailgate?

Do you think this will fit to a Tacoma sr 2024?

Do you guys normally send all the parts required or is it just me you forgot to include the clamps?
