First anniversary of riding bike and new to using electrolyte and protein recovery drinks; they do the trick every time and refreshed for next ride. Incredible how enjoyable cycling is proving to be.

i like the humor between these two and for me, as a rider with a physically demanding job, one joy of recovery is simply being sedentary. And speaking of humor between two gents, I really enjoyed a recent movie about Laurel and Hardy, specifically about their string of theater performances in England in the Fifties as a final hurrah. Turns out, they were loved by the English, who had never forgotten them. The movie is called Stan and Ollie, and it is worth watching when you're kicked back and relaxing.

Most important for me: Get out of your kit and into the shower straight away. Avoids colds, saddle sores and rashes.

After 4 hours on the bike drinking electrolyte drinks the last thing I want when I get home is another electrolyte drink!

as a holistic nutritionist, so stoked to hear that you guys are pushing fruits, veggies, and water/electrolyte drinks. if I may, it's now "you are what you eat ate" so with that "eggs and rice" plate....buy, both, organic rice and the omega 3 enriched "cage-free" egg over "free range". labelling laws are absurd and they're there to allow lesser/cheaper practices in production. if you're going to exercise to be healthier, start it with nutrition.
