He at least had the thought of keeping his glasses. He was most likely someone with bad eyesight. Yet, the first time I faced him in the Farm, which is basically a night-map, he fired at me accurately from somewhere far away - I couldn't even see him with the scope of my M-99. So, he just keeps those glasses for nostalgia, I guess.
