Thanks for the video! : ) Can you modify this to be sound active? Like ... to advance the leds according to beats of the music by somehow add a microphone somewhere in there? I have this kit but if there is a way to solder it with this extra I would.

I wasn't watching very close but did you solder all three pins of the second potentiometer to each other?

Built this a few weeks back. Pretty cool what it can do with just a couple 555s and a couple decade counters. Mine didn't come with any manual and the LEDs wouldn't quite fit without snipping the edges off a few of them.

Just use some tape to hold rhe leds in place. This ia good trick
