This is the song "High Spirits" from FNF Soft, specifically the V2 update. It features Skid & Pump, but of course the Soft versions. Benjamin and Pico take hideout in an abandoned mansion, but find two kids who won't let go of the Spooky Month inside as well. They wanna sing, and Benjamin doesn't mind as long as the kids are having fun.
